Note on international orders: Shipping rates are for US delivery only. If you'd like to place an order to be delivered outside the US, please send an e-mail to orders@buenaventurapress.com listing 1) the items you are interested in buying, 2) the payment method you would like to use (PayPal is preferred), and 3) your shipping address. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail including the shipping total.
